At Paddle Pro Sports, we want every purchase to feel confident and considered. If something isn't right, we offer simple and transparent options.

Exchanges (Within 7 Days)

We offer easy exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, stickers, seals, and packaging must be intact
  • The product should show no signs of use, damage, or alteration

Category-specific guidelines:

  • Paddles: Unused, no scrapes or marks, plastic wrap on handle intact
  • Shoes: Tried indoors only, no outdoor use, returned in original box
  • Apparel: Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Balls, Bags & Accessories: Unused and in original packaging

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.

Returns (Within 3 Days)

Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, subject to our return policy terms.

  • The product meets the same condition requirements listed above
  • The return request is raised within the specified timeframe

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the product is received and inspected.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be handled under the return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images and an unboxing video to help us resolve the issue quickly
  • We will arrange a replacement or return after verification

Processing Timeline

  • Requests are reviewed within 24–48 working hours
  • Refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection and approval
  • Refunds are initiated to the original payment method, as per bank timelines

Important Notes

  • Products bought during clearance or special promotions may not be eligible for exchange or return
  • Used, altered, or improperly packaged items may be rejected
  • Paddle Pro Sports reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet policy conditions
