Easy Exchanges (Within 3 Days)

We offer a hassle-free exchange window of 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unplayed, and in original condition
  • All tags, seals, stickers, and packaging must be intact
  • No signs of wear, scratches, or damage

Category Guidelines:

  • Paddles: No marks or usage; handle wrap must be intact
  • Apparel: Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Balls, Bags & Accessories: Unused and in original packaging

All exchange requests are subject to a quick quality check once received.

Returns (Within 3 Days)

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for eligible products.

Return Conditions:

  • Product meets all eligibility criteria mentioned above
  • Return request is raised within the specified timeframe

Once approved and received, we will process your return promptly.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Bank processing timelines may vary (typically 3–7 working days)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return instead

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take packaging seriously, but in rare cases:

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images + unboxing video
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full resolution quickly

Processing Timeline

  • Requests reviewed within 24–48 working hours
  • Exchanges/returns processed after inspection
  • Refunds initiated immediately after approval

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sales may not be eligible for return/exchange
